Share Allotment

At a Board meeting today a further 77,470 New Quadnetics Shares were allotted to
holders of Protec Shares who had validly accepted the offer for Protec, in
respect of valid acceptances received up to and including 7 December 2005.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New Quadnetics
Shares to be admitted to trading to AIM on 20 December 2005.

Following this allotment the Company has 15,400,614 ordinary shares in issue.
