Share Allotment


At a Board meeting held on 3 March 2006 a further 20,434 New Quadnetics Shares
were allotted to holders of Protec Shares who had validly accepted the offer for
Protec, in respect of valid acceptances received up to 1pm on 01 March 2006.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New Quadnetics
Shares to be admitted to trading as soon as practicable.


Following this allotment the Company has 15,532,106 ordinary shares in issue.
