Synnovia plc (AIM: SYN) the specialist manufacturer, announces that the annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2019 were posted to shareholders today on Thursday 8th August.  An electronic copy of this document is available from the Company's website www.synnovia.com and is also available at the registered office of the Company.

Shareholders will also receive a notice of the annual general meeting of the Company which will be held at the offices of Synnovia, London Heliport, Bridges Court Road, London, SW11 3BE on 2^nd September 2019 at 14.00.

Synnovia is a specialist manufacturer of industrial components and consumables.  Applications for these products vary widely and examples include:

·    Packaging for the food manufacturing and distribution - films, sacks and pouches

·    Steering columns and instrument control knobs in the automotive industry - plastic ball bearings

·    Hydraulic and industrial rubber hose manufacture - various types of plastic mandrel

·    Cardboard box manufacture - creasing matrices
