Completion of Placing and Acquisition

Further to the Company's announcements on 3 November and 20 November 2014, Plastics Capital is pleased to confirm that the acquisition of Flexipol Packaging Limited has now completed. The acquisition was part funded by an equity placing of 5,102,041 new ordinary shares issued at 98p per share to raise £5 million.
