Acquisition of Polymer Latex Deutschland Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (Polymer Latex)

Yule Catto & Co plc announces that it has received clearance from the German Federal Cartel Office to proceed with the acquisition of Polymer Latex. Completion of the acquisition remains subject to approval from the Spanish National Competition Commission. Further announcements will be made in due course, as appropriate.
