Further to the statement made at our AGM on 26th May 2005, we regret to announce
that, due to unforeseen circumstances, George Letman will not now be joining
Yule Catto in the role of Chief Operating Officer.  This position remains
important to our long term succession planning and a search for a strong
candidate continues.
