 ("System C" or "the Company")

Grant of Options 

The Company has today granted options pursuant to the System C Company Share Option Plan (the 
"CSOP") over a total of 105,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Options") to certain senior managers 
of the Company.  The Options are exercisable between 28 January 2013 and 27 January 2020, at a price of 51p per ordinary share.

These Options will also vest subject to the Company achieving the performance criteria as required under the rules of the CSOP.
