System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) announces that it has received notification on 6 January 2023 of the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares by one of its Directors ("Shares").

Phil Machray, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 15,380 Shares at a price of 130 pence per Share. Following the purchase, Phil Machray now holds 15,380 Shares, representing  0.12% of the Company's total voting rights.
