Holdings in Company

The Company received notification on 12 May 2011 from Sleep, Zakaria & Company Ltd that following a purchase on 11 May 2011, it held through The Nomad Investment Partnership L.P. 1,100,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 8.83% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company currently holds 660,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each as treasury shares and the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue is 12,453,114.
