Systemair AB (OMX Stockholm: SYSR) has acquired Ratos holding in Lindab, comprising 11.2 percent of the shares corresponding to 8,849,157 shares. Systemair has also acquired an additional 300,000 shares in the market and is therefore the largest shareholder in Lindab with a total of 11.6 percent of the total shares.
"Systemair has the ambition to become a long-term industrial owner in Lindab. We have cooperated with Lindab since many years in the product area ventilation. We see opportunities for increased cooperation in both products and distribution between the companies", says Gerald Engström, President and CEO for Systemair.
