AIM Director disclosure update
t42 (AIM: TRAC), the real-time tracking, security and monitoring solutions provider for the global container and freight market, provides the following disclosures in relation to Martin Blair, Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
On 28 March 2017, Mr Blair was appointed as a director of The Marketing Group PLC ("TMG") and resigned on 20 September 2018. TMG was put into administration in July 2019. The administration of TMG ended on 4 December 2020 and the company was subsequently dissolved on 4 March 2021.
