Board Change

The Board of Tandem Group plc ("Tandem" or the "Company"), manufacturer and distributor of sports and leisure products, is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Morris as a non-executive director of the Company.

Simon has worked in corporate finance for over 30 years, initially at Lazard Brothers and Dillon Read and later with MSB Corporate Finance and Smith & Williamson. He isan experienced non-executive director.

Commenting on the appointment, Graham Waldron, Chairman, said
