The Company was informed on 12 October 2005 that Mr Jon Pither, non-executive
director, sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares  on 12 October 2005 at a price of 20p
per share. Following the sale Mr Pither is interested in 1,599,947 shares 
representing 0.88 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
