Directors' Shareholding / Exercise of Options

Tim Robinson (Finance Director) and Darren Kell (Business Development Director),
on 26 July 2005, each exercised  options issued to them by Roy Stanley (Chairman
& Chief Executive) over 1,538,461 ordinary shares in the Company at a  price of
0.01p each.

Tim Robinson and Darren Kell, on 26 July 2005, each exercised options over 1,539
new ordinary shares at a price of 2p  each.

Tim Robinson and Darren Kell, on 26 July 2005, each sold 1,200,000 ordinary
shares at a price of 18.5p each and gifted  340,000 shares each to friends and
members of their respective families.

Tim Robinson is now interested in 6,120 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 0.001 per cent. of the issued share  capital.

Darren Kell is not interested in any ordinary shares in the Company.

Roy Stanley is now interested in 29,499,292 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 18.13 per cent. of the issued  share capital.
