comeleon plc (the 'Company')

The Company was today notified that following the sale of 260,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company on 2 February 2001, Lloyds TSB Development
Capital Limited has a notifiable interest in 1,688,630 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company representing 13.34 per cent. of the issued share capital
of that class. The majority of those shares disposed of have been placed with
an existing institutional investor who wished to increase their holding.
