           £0.5 MILLION MICHAEL SCHUMACHER MOBILE PHONE COVER ORDER
                       AND GLOBAL APPROVAL FROM SIEMENS

The Directors of comeleon plc, the imaging technology company, are pleased to
announce that they have secured their first significant order since joining
AIM in December 2000, and secured global approval  from Siemens mobile phones.
The Company has secured a £500,000 order for mobile phone covers featuring the
formula one champion, Michael Schumacher. The order has been placed by Manpus
Mouldings and MNC Tele.com, their exclusive German distributor, for Nokia
phone covers. Delivery of the order, over an 18 month period, starts this
week.

The Directors believe such an order demonstrates the high quality of the
comeleon process and is an early indicator of how positively the market views
the Company's technology.

Since obtaining the full OK license agreement with Nokia for Europe, Middle
East and Africa, comeleon is pleased to confirm that it has now secured
similar status with Siemens globally. comeleon was the first company to gain
full approval by the Siemens mobile phone division. This is an important
milestone in advance of the anticipated launch later this year of a new range
of mobile phones by Siemens.

Production levels have increased with operations increasing from two to three
shifts, in order to meet greater demand.
