                NOTIFICATION OF MAIDEN INTERIM RESULTS  : 2001


On behalf of our client comeleon plc, we notify the London Stock Exchange that
the Company will be announcing its Interim results for the six months ended 31
March 2001 on Wednesday 27 June 2001. These are the Companies maiden interim
results since its successful admission to the Alternative Investment Market
last December,  when it raised £9.4 million through an institutional and
private client placing.

Meetings:

A press briefing will be held at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 107
Cheapside, EC2V 6DN at 11.30 am  on the day of the results. The Company will
also be hosting an analyst lunch on the day.
