              NOTIFICATION OF MAIDEN PRELIMINARY RESULTS  : 2001


On behalf of our client comeleon plc, we notify the London Stock Exchange that
the Company will be announcing its Preliminary results for the 12 months ended
30 September 2001 on Thursday 29 November 2001.  These are the Companies
maiden preliminary results since its successful admission to the Alternative
Investment Market last December,  when it raised £9.4 million through an
institutional and private client placing.


Meetings:

An analyst briefing will be held at the offices of Buchanan Communications,
107 Cheapside, EC2V 6DN at 10.00 am followed by a press briefing at 11.30 am
on the day of the results.
