TASEKO ANNOUnCES PDMR SHARE TRANSACTION

December 23, 2020, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its Executives, Stuart McDonald, has advised the Company that he acquired a total of 74,000 shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of C$0.38 per share (approximately £0.22/share) by exercising share options that were due to expire on January 20, 2021.
