Director's Dealing

The Company today announces that on 18 July 2012 Mr Jonny Plant, the Joint Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 470,514 Ordinary Shares at 63.76p per share (the "Sale"). Following the Sale, Mr Plant is interested in 3,205,832 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.70 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.

Of the Ordinary Shares sold by Mr Plant, 190,524 Ordinary Shares were acquired by directors as set out below:
