BRIGHT THINGS PLC
GRANT OF OPTIONS
Options have been granted to Directors of the Company over a total of 275,000
Ordinary Shares of 10p each. They are exercisable at a price of £0.90p per
share, representing the valuation of the shares at the time of admission to AIM
on 30 April 2004, as follows:

Ian Livingstone(1) 50,000
Matthew Tims(1) 100,000
Adrian Moores (2) 125,000
(1) The options were granted under a separate contract, one-third exercisable
for a period from 1 to 10 years from the date of grant; one third
exercisable for a period from 2 to 10 years from date of grant; one-third
exercisable for a period from 3 to 10 years from date of grant.
(2) These options are pursuant to the rules of the Bright Things plc EMI Plan
and are exercisable at any time between 3 and 10 years from the date of
grant.
As a result of these grants Messrs Livingstone, Tims and Moores have options
over 100,000; 250,000 and 225,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.10p each.
In addition a further 235,000 options to purchase Ordinary Shares of 10p each in
the Company were granted to Contractors as part of their incentive package for
performing services to the company, exercisable at a price of £0.90p per share,
representing the valuation of the shares at the time of admission to AIM on 30
April 2004. Options were granted to Contractors under separate contracts and are
exercisable at any time between 1 and 10 years from date of grant.
