Bright Things Plc ("Bright Things" or "Company") is pleased to announce that at the general meeting of the Company held this afternoon all resolutions proposed were passed.  Accordingly the 40,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each, referred to in the announcement of 2 June 2010, will be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 17 June 2010.
