TAYLOR WIMPEY PLC RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 28 DECEMBER 2018

At the General Meeting of Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") held at the offices of the Company, Gate House, Turnpike Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP12 3NR on Friday 28 December, the resolution was voted on by poll and was passed by the Shareholders.  The Poll result will be available shortly on the Company's website www.taylorwimpey.co.uk.
