Increase in the Share Capital of JSC TBC Bank
TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that, subsequent to its investment in JSC TBC Bank ("TBC Bank") on 29 December 2016, certain minority shareholders of TBC Bank have executed their options to subscribe for the additional shares in TBC Bank pro-rata to their existing holdings. Consequently, the share capital of TBC Bank has increased by 754 shares and is therefore now comprised of 52,539,769 outstanding shares as of 8 February 2017.
As of 8 February 2017, TBC PLC owns 51,738,529 shares in the issued share capital of TBC Bank which represents 98.47% of TBC Bank's issued share capital.
