CentralNic Group plc (AIM: CNIC), the global internet company that derives recurring revenue from privacy-safe, AI based customer journeys that help online consumers make informed choices, announces that on 1 August 2023 it purchased 16,387 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company (the "Repurchased Shares"), pursuant to the share buyback programme (the "Buyback Programme") that was announced on 15 May 2023, as follows (together the "Transaction"): |

The total voting rights in the Company is now 279,174,362 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CentralNic under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. |

The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the Buyback Programme. |
