Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Team17 , a global games entertainment label, today announces that the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of Meeting") have been posted to shareholders.

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is scheduled to be held at 1 p.m. BST on Wednesday, 29 June 2022 at 1 Oakwood Court, Little Oak Drive, Sherwood Park, Nottingham, NG15 0DR.

The Annual Report and Notice of Meeting are now available to view on the Company's website at: www.team17group.com .

The voting results of all resolutions put before the 2022 AGM will be announced shortly after the meeting, via the Regulatory News Service ("RNS"), and published on the Company's website.
