Team17 announces that the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of Meeting") have been published. Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 22 June 2023 at 1 Oakwood Court, Little Oak Drive, Sherwood Park, Nottingham NG15 0DR. The meeting will commence at 9.30 a.m.

The voting results of all resolutions put before the 2023 AGM will be announced shortly afterwards and published on the Company's website.
