AIM Rule 17 Notification
Tekmar Plc announces a change of information in relation to Alasdair MacDonald, Group CEO pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) to the AIM Rules for Companies. Mr MacDonald was a director of The Cylinder Service Centre Limited, which entered into administration on 12 October 2020, followed by immediate sale of the business and assets to a new owner.
