In accordance with the Listing Rules, the following materials which have been released by Telstra Group Limited are provided for the information of Telstra Corporation Limited noteholders.  These materials will be sent to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

1.     Appendix 4E - Full Year Report;

2.     Operating and Financial Review for the full year ended 30 June 2023, which accompanies the Directors Report;

3.     Directors Report (including the Remuneration Report);

4.     Financial Report; and

5.     Group Structure.

Telstra will conduct an analyst and media briefing on its 2023 full year results from 9:15am AEST.  The briefings will be webcast live at https://www.telstra.com.au/aboutus/investors/financial-information/financial-results.

A transcript of the analyst briefing will be lodged with the ASX when available.
