Templeton Emerging Markets Trust Appoints Cazenove as Brokers
The Board of Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc (TEMIT) is
pleased to announce that Cazenove & Co. Ltd. has been appointed as sole
financial adviser and broker.
' After conducting a comprehensive review of the market we have concluded that
Cazenove has unique strengths which will work to the advantage of TEMIT
shareholders. Cazenove has an enviable reputation which it has built up over

Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust was established in 1989 and with a
market capitalisation in excess of £500 million is the U.K.'s largest emerging
markets investment trust.
