Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Ten Entertainment Group plc ('TEG', the 'Company' or the 'Group'), one of the UK's leading family entertainment companies, today announces that Laura May will join the TEG Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 6 May 2021. Laura will serve as Chair of the Audit Committee and the Company considers her to be an Independent director.
Laura is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and qualified with Deloitte before gaining considerable financial leadership experience across a range of industries. She is currently Director of Tax and Treasury at Pure Gym, the UK's largest gym operator, where she has worked for the past 9 years and has played a key role in their substantial growth. Her financial expertise and experience in the consumer leisure sector will be invaluable in helping TEG achieve the next phase of its growth strategy once it reopens on 17 May.
