Senior Management Appointment & Trading Update
'Fergus Healy appointed TEG's new Director of Operations'
TEG Environmental Plc ('the Company'), the AIM-listed leading edge green
technology company, which converts organic wastes into natural organic
fertilizer, announces that Fergus Healy (age: 37) has been appointed Director of
Operations and is expected to join the Board at the end of the calendar year.
Fergus was previously with Inspace Plc, Cleanaway Ltd and WRES Ltd.
Fergus will be responsible for the management of TEG's operational businesses at
its sites, initially at Sherdley Farm, Preston and in Perthshire, Scotland with
new Build, Own, Operate sites becoming operational next year. He will initially
lead the plant installation projects at the sites.
Sherdley Farm, near Preston, has full planning permission and a waste management
license and development of the facility is well under way.
He will also manage the Company's integration and development of its recently
acquired large composting operation at a waste management site in Perthshire,
Scotland. The operation is one of the largest animal by-product ('ABP')
composting operations in the UK and, as the only ABP composting operation in
Perthshire, TEG hopes to grow the operation considerably.
Mick Fishwick, Chief Executive of TEG Environmental, commented:
'I am delighted that Fergus will be joining us as Director of Operations. With
his technical background, considerable senior management experience and track
record in business development, I know that Fergus' contribution to TEG's
further development and expansion will be considerable, as the Company continues
its exciting expansion.
'It is a timely appointment. Fergus will immediately head up the plant
installations and existing operations. The development at Perth is ahead of
schedule, the TEG plants will be installed and operational in early 2006 and in
the meantime we have a service to provide to our customers in the existing
facility. The first phase of the Sherdley Farm development will be complete
before the end of the year and we will be providing a commercial service by the
start of 2006.'

Notes to Editors:
TEG provides an in-vessel composting technology, which is one of the few
approved technologies capable of treating animal by-product waste. Plant
economics are driven by the gate fees charged, rather than the value of the end
product (compost). The TEG process is an economic alternative to landfill.
The Silo Cage system, one of the few technologies in Europe capable of treating
this waste, is a natural process producing compost as an end product, used as an
excellent soil conditioner that fertilizes, retains moisture, provides structure
and restricts weed growth. TEG's Silo-Cages will be housed in a self-contained
building, are not unsightly and are environmentally friendly.
Potential customers include local authorities, waste management companies, food
processors, farmers and landowners. The Company's expanding market is driven by
increasingly stringent EU and UK legislation regulating the treatment and
disposal of organic waste.
