                                 BOARD CHANGES



In accordance with the announcement made on 17 December 2003, Teather &
Greenwood announces that Jeremy Delmar-Morgan will stand down as Chairman and
resign as a Director with effect from today. The Board would like to thank Mr
Delmar-Morgan for his valuable contribution to the Group. Lord Baker of Dorking
is appointed as Chairman with immediate effect.
