Grant of Directors Stock Options
The TEG Group Plc ('TEG' or 'the Company'), the AIM-listed cutting edge green
technology company, which converts organic wastes into natural organic
fertiliser, announces that the Company granted the following options exercisable
into Common Shares, to the following Directors of the Company at various stages
this year. Full details of the remaining outstanding share options are disclosed
in the Company's annual report and accounts.
