The Core Business announces that Alastair Kennedy, Finance Director has resigned
with immediate effect.
Stirling Murray, Chief Executive said today; "On behalf of the Company I would
like to thank Alastair for his contribution and we wish him well in his future
activities."
The finance function for The Core Business will be handled by existing team
members.

develop, launch and distribute personal care and beauty brands. It also provides
consultancy and brand management services. The Company was listed on AIM in March
2006 under the ticker `CORE.'
