The  Company is pleased to confirm the change of its name from The Core Business
plc to Chalkwell Investments plc following the vote at its recent AGM.

The  Company's 42,247 ordinary 0.1p shares, resulting from the share capital re-
organisation  approved  at  the  AGM, and its warrants  will  be  restored  from
suspension  from  trading on AIM at 7.00am on 25 March 2010.   The  410,607  new
ordinary  0.1p shares approved for issue at the AGM will be admitted to  trading
on  AIM  with  effect  from 29 March 2010. The ISIN of  Chalkwell Investments plc
ordinary 0.1p shares is GB00B606VT57.
