Directorate changes

Tern Plc ("Tern" or "the Company"), the AIM quoted investment company specialising in the cloud and mobile sector of the IT market, today announces the following directorate changes.

Sarah Payne (aged 42) has been appointed as Finance Director and will start on 1 September. 

Sarah has over 17 years of experience as a chartered accountant within a variety of successful senior management positions.  She worked with Ernst & Young for six years, spending three of those within the corporate finance division.

Sarah also worked in the BBC for six years, notably in the role of Head of Business, Analysis and Planning before joining an accounting and financial services consultancy company which specialises in providing outsourced accounting services to the tech sector.  Here Sarah was a key member of the senior management team including acting as finance director for a broad range of entrepreneurial clients.

There are no other disclosures required under clause (g) Schedule Two of the AIM Rules in relation to the above appointment.

Laurence Reed left the Board on 17 July 2015.  All the directors wish him well for the future.  A new non-executive appointment will be announced in due course.
