Change of Auditor

Tertiary Minerals plc, the AIM traded company building a strategic position in the fluorspar sector, having decided to change its Auditor, announces that it has appointed Crowe Clark Whitehill to succeed BDO LLP. This follows a formal process to tender the statutory audit for the Group.

Patrick Cheetham, Chairman of the Company, commented:  "We thank BDO LLP for their contribution as Tertiary's auditors since the Company's first admission to trading on AIM and we look forward to working with Crowe Clark Whitehill going forward."
