Issue of warrants to Directors
The Company announces that it has today issued a total of 2,100,000 new warrants
('Warrants) to its Directors. Each Warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for
one new ordinary share of 1p each in the share capital of the Company at an
exercise price of 6.5p per Warrant at any time up to 10 August 2008. Each of the
non-executive Directors, David Whitehead and Donald McAlister have been issued
300,000 Warrants and Patrick Cheetham, the Executive Chairman, has been issued
1,500,000 Warrants.
