DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The following Directors received today 1 new Ordinary share of 5p each in the
Company for every 67.45 Ordinary shares held at the close of
business on 25 April 2000 instead of cash in respect of the final
dividend of 3.14p per share for the financial year ended 26 February
2000. The entitlement is based on the price of 211.80p per new
Ordinary share.
