PUBLICATION OF SUPPLEMENT TO OFFERING CIRCULAR DATED 23 AUGUST 2013

Tesco PLC and Tesco Corporate Treasury Services PLC have published a Supplement (the "Supplement") dated 4 October 2013 to the Offering Circular dated 23 August 2013 in respect of their £15,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme and the publication on 2 October 2013 of the Interim Results of Tesco PLC for the 26 weeks ended 24 August 2013 (the "Interim Results"). The Supplement has been approved by the UKLA on 4 October 2013.
