Appointment of Director to the Board of Tappit Technologies (UK) Limited ("Tappit")

The Board of Thalassa announces that Duncan Soukup, Executive Chairman of Thalassa, has been appointed as a director of Tappit with effect from 11 December 2020.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr Soukup said:

"I am delighted to be joining the board of Tappit and look forward to continuing to assist the company in acquiring new clients in complementary industries to the company's existing areas of strength. I will also continue to assist Tappit in securing further growth capital, which could include both private funding or a public listing and capital raise."

Commenting on Mr Soukup's appointment, Jason Thomas, Global Chief Executive Officer of Tappit said:

"We are very pleased to welcome Duncan as a director of Tappit.  He brings significant financial services experience to the company and his business leadership skills and wide network of business contacts will prove invaluable as Tappit enters its next stage of development."

There are no changes in the information set out in Listing Rules LR 9.6.13R (2) to 9.6.13R (6) to disclose in relation to Mr Soukup.
