           Disposal of interest in Partners in Property Solutions plc


Artisan (UK) plc is pleased to announce that it has sold all of its interest in
ordinary shares of Partners in Property Solutions plc.

The realisation of £125,000 is slightly in excess of the carrying value in the
last published balance sheet of Artisan (UK) plc as at 31 March 2003.

Artisan (UK) plc no longer holds any interest in Partners in Property Solutions
plc and this concludes the realisation of this non core asset.
