                              Additional Listing




Application has today been made for admission of 12,500,000 new ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company to trading on the Alternative Investment
Market.


These shares have been issued pursuant to a placing for cash at 10p per share
to raise £1,250,000 before expenses of additional working capital for the
further expansion of the existing business and the development of new projects
and business areas anticipated by the Company.


The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company. Dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares on 16
January 2001.
