Director shareholding

The Board of Fulham Shore has been informed that Nabil Mankarious has today re-registered 35,787,393 ordinary shares in the Company into the name of Rock Nominees Limited, for nil consideration.  31,187,393 of these ordinary shares were previously registered in the name of Nabil Mankarious and 600,000 ordinary shares were registered in the name of Teresa Mankarious, wife of Nabil Mankarious.  Following the re-registration of the shares, Nabil Mankarious' total beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 112,754,147 ordinary shares, equivalent to 19.81% of the issued share capital.
