                             Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 11 November 2005 that on 11 November 2005 Jon Court
and Geoffrey Smith, Executive Directors of the Company, each bought 250,000
ordinary shares in the Company at 3.9p per share.

As a result, Dr Court now holds 7,399,328 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 6.07% per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company
and Mr Smith now holds 903,333 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.74%
per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
