The Fulham Shore plc (AIM: FUL) has been informed that Nicholas Wong, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 33,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 07 August 2019 via his ISA at a price of 11.44p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Wong now has a total beneficial interest in 8,995,593 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.57% of the Company's issued share capital.
