Result of general meeting, further re acquisition and restaurant update

The Board of Fulham Shore is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the general meeting of the Company, held earlier today, were duly passed. As a result, completion of the Company's acquisition of 99 per cent. of Rocca Limited, the owner of the Franco Manca group of pizzerias (the "Acquisition") and  fundraising of £4.75 million (the "Fundraising") are conditional only on admission to AIM of the new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Acquisition and Fundraising ("Admission").  Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am tomorrow, 21 April 2015.

Restaurant openings

Subsequent to the announcement of the Acquisition, a further two Franco Manca restaurants have been opened in London at Belsize Park and Broadgate in the City, bringing the total number of Franco Manca restaurants to 12. Early trading at the two new restaurants has been positive.
