The following amendment has been made to the Block Listing announcement released on 4 January 2016 at 10.31 under RNS No 7038K.

The Shares may be issued, in whole or in part, for cash from time to time provided that such issues will be made at prices above the then prevailing net asset value per share in order to satisfy investor demand.

All other details remain unchanged.

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for 4,113,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List under an Ordinary Share Blocklisting Facility.

The Shares may be issued, in whole or in part, for cash from time to time provided that such issues will be made at prices above the then prevailing net asset value per share in order to satisfy investor demand. Any Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares of the Company.
