The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Jo Dixon as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 11 February 2015. 

Ms Dixon has substantial investment trust board experience and is currently a non-executive director of Plutus Powergen plc, Strategic Equity Capital plc, JPMorgan European Investment Trust plc, Standard Life Equity Income Trust plc and Worldwide Healthcare Trust plc.
